Study duration: 3 Years

Qualifying Criteria:

1. Age 18yrs or older
2. Subjects with Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes
3. Have Reduced kidney function attributable to Diabetes
4. Confirmed significant Non-diabetic kidney disease is not included
5. Receiving treatment for High Blood pressure
6. HbA1c less than 12
7. Must not be on Dialysis
8. Must not have Kidney transplant or scheduled Kidney transplant in next 12months
