Study duration: 12 weeks

Qualifying Criteria:

1. Age 18yrs or older
2. Documented history of Diarrhea caused by C. Diff infection at least 3 times in last 12months including current episode
3. Subjects with history of Chron’s disease or Ulcerative Colitis with diarrhea caused by it are not included in the study
4. Subjects with history of Fecal Microbiata Transplant for this condition are not included
