Are you suffering from congestive heart failure? Have you been advised LifeVest cardioverter/defibrillator? If yes, you may qualify for a clinical trial at our site to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational external Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator to monitor congestive heart failure. Has Diabetes affected your kidneys? Have you been told that your kidney function is getting poor? If
