Study duration: 6 months

Qualifying Criteria:

1. Age 18yrs or older and able to stand with or without limited assistance
2. Diagnosis of Orthostatic Hypotension or drop in Systolic Blood pressure of >20points upon standing
3. Have symptoms of Dizziness, light headedness or feeling of passing out upon standing suddenly
4. Patients requiring or taking medications for high blood pressure are excluded
5. Patients taking Droxydopa may participate in the study
